I often pause and ask myself: what’s my purpose here at Grounded Ginger... why did I start this journey?

Truth is, I could’ve stayed in the family business. Safe, secure, no money worries. But I chose something different. I wanted to create out of love, for cold exposure and the way it changed me.

Now, I’m teaching as many people as I can how simple it is to bring cold exposure into your own home.
